Every watch we sell is a complete set, including original box, papers, and when applicable, valid manufacturer warranties. For additional assurance, we collaborate with expert third-party specialists when necessary. This rigorous approach guarantees that you can invest with complete confidence.

Every watch in our collection — whether brand new or previously owned — undergoes thorough authentication and quality inspection to ensure it meets our exacting standards.   • At this time, we operate exclusively online in order to maintain a lean, efficient model that allows us to pass significant savings on to our clients.

    For local transactions, we do offer the option to meet in person by appointment for select clients. A dedicated showroom space is currently in development and will be available in the near future — strictly by appointment only, to ensure privacy and a personalized experience.

    For clients outside our immediate area, we highly encourage a video consultation prior to purchase. This offers an opportunity to build trust, address any specific questions, and provide a closer look at the timepiece, all while upholding the level of service and attention to detail you would expect from an in-person visit.

Additionally, all of our watches are still under the original manufacturer’s warranty, providing our clients with both confidence and long-term peace of mind. Our team will leverage our global network to locate the timepiece that meets your exact specifications.

  • Yes — Inblack Luxury Assets does purchase select timepieces and accept trade-ins. We are highly selective and only consider certain brands, and only when the watch is a complete set (with original box, papers, and documentation). That said, exceptions may be made for returning clients or long-standing relationships. If you have a timepiece you'd like to submit for consideration, please contact us directly with the details. Our team will review your inquiry and respond with a personalized assessment.

  • At InBlack Luxury Assets, we offer several secure and discreet payment options to accommodate our clients’ preferences. We accept bank wire transfers, cash (by appointment), and major credit cards. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, reflecting the cost of secure transaction handling. For high-value purchases, we recommend bank wire transfer for efficiency and to avoid additional fees.

  • At this time, we do not offer in-house financing. Our focus is on maintaining a seamless purchasing experience for our discerning clientele. However, we recognize that flexibility is important, and we are actively exploring financing solutions that align with the elevated standards of our brand. These options will be introduced in the near future to better serve our clients—without compromising the exclusivity and integrity of our offerings.

  • Yes. At InBlack Luxury Assets, we offer complimentary domestic shipping on all purchases. Every timepiece is shipped via FedEx Overnight, fully insured and handled with the utmost care to ensure a secure and seamless delivery experience. From our vault to your wrist, we prioritize discretion, speed, and peace of mind — at no additional cost to you.

  • At Inblack Luxury Assets, our commitment is to offer only the highest caliber timepieces, each meticulously selected for quality, authenticity, and enduring value. To ensure complete confidence in your purchase, we provide a 48-hour inspection window upon delivery.

    Inspection Period & Return Eligibility

    Clients have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect and try on their timepiece.

    Should any concerns arise during this period, you may initiate a return for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The timepiece is returned in original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags, and included accessories intact.

    • A return request is submitted within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

    • The client covers the cost of return shipping, ensuring the timepiece is insured for its full value during transit.

    Final Sale Policy

    After the 48-hour inspection period, all sales are considered final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
    Please note:

    • Any signs of wear, modifications, or sizing adjustments beyond the inspection period will render the piece ineligible for return.

    • Requested timepieces, custom orders, special requests, and items sold as “final sale” are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

    Return Process

    1. To initiate a return, please contact us by phone call at 619-929-2158 or by email at inblackluxuryassets@gmail.com within the 48-hour window.

    2. Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be provided to ensure safe handling and shipment.

    3. Once the returned timepiece is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

    Additional Terms

    • Inblack Luxury Assets is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping. Ensuring safe return is the responsibility of the client.

    • Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be declined and returned to the sender.

    • By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy.
